Was charged a 20% restocking fee for returning a tree that didn't even make it out of the box. Just wasn't what I expected. I even emailed for further clarification of their Returns Policy and the reply - if a customer abuses our Returns Policy ie returns an item that cannot be resold. The tree was brand new, untouched.Great customer service. Penalize a customer if an item is not as expected. How on earth do you do business!!!The beers on me mate!! I just paid for it. BTW you are contradicting your own Returns Policy.

Terrible customers service. Customers penalised with a 30% restocking fee if your not happy with the purchase.
